    Farming?? nindut kaayo ang palay.. maski invest lang ka ug private stocks sa agri business esp kanang related sa bugas kay mu igo man 10-30% in a month during harvest seasons.. If ikaw mismo muy naa ana nga negosyo, dako ang kita.. Kusug man mangaon bugas dri sa ato gud..

    just a caution.

    pautang business will give you big gains like 4% or even more monthly. but the risk is also high since the borrower can run away, keep delaying payments, or just cannot pay at all. unless you have a guarantee for this type of investment, it will remain risky.

    a friend of mine invested in a pautang business. 12 monthly post-dated checks worth the monthly interest were given to him, and one final check amounting to his initial investment at the end of one year. it started really well. he was able to get his monthly interests on time. but on the 10th month, the business went sour. the business was no longer able to collect all the payments because some of the borrowers went into hiding, and to make it worse, there were inside jobs that caused their cash flow to fail. the business was not a scam, but it just did not turn out well. in the end, he lost money because he was not able to get back his investment.
