3 Best Things to Remember when planning to loose weight:
1. Cardio Exercises (jogging, walking, biking, skipping rope, etc...)
2. Proper Diet (less carbs/fats/sugar, more fiber/protein)
3. Monitor your weekly stats (Weight - using a weighing scale/body measure - using a tape measure)
Things to remember:
- not eating or skipping a meal is different from eating less so take note. You can drink a glass of water or two in between meals to help you surpass the hunger. It's all about self discipline people!
- for your weekly stats; minus 2 to 5 lbs/week is okay for a soft diet program & 5 to 10 lbs/week is enough for abrupt diet program
- take note before you even start your diet program, make sure you have a goal weight (for example: from 160 lbs to 140 lbs forever!) that you will have to maintain & get used to for the rest of your life! Don't tell me you will always set minus 2 lbs per week?! You will have no more flesh but bones after 10 years! Hahaha!
- there is no such thing as an ab cruncher machines!... If you want to get a sexy 6 pack abs, you will also need to follow proper diet. Meaning, cardio exercises + proper diet is always & have been the key to a perfect 6-pack sexy abs!

ok I get it... I need to exercise. I weigh 225 before and after a month and 2 weeks. 220.
my progress is slow. so I guess a little trip to the gym wont hurt...
my diet was no rice, all vegies, little meat if applicable. pero since crisis na kay tingbitay na sa iro karon mga adlawa. rice gamay then sudan gamay. just enough to fill the stomach.

On my way to work, I am taking the train, that's when nag-start nako walking.. it will take 15mins, if petix lang.. but since brisk man.. I make sure 10mins, makuha na nako.
Same thing pag-uli nako.. another 10 mins.. so total 20 mins of walking, not bad dba?
Also, if your office is naa sa 3rd or 4th flr or bisan 20th flr pa na.. try to use the stairs... dili pud until 20th flr ha.. going up, maintain lang ug 30 steps... heheh.. palabi-an basin dugyot ka nga maabot sa office.. going down, pwede na ang 40 steps...
So, if ma-total nimo, kulang-kulang 1 hr na imo na-exercise... heheheh.. wala pa'y gastos, then dali ra ma-part sa imo daily routine...
if you think pud ma-late ka tungod sa walking.. well, Time Management ra na...
after pud nimo sa walking.. water, water, water!
Sa food, eat right - not "less", not "too much".. but the right food.. you are what you eat!

there's no shortcut to losing weight,eating in moderation and exercise lang, fad diets only have short term effect, soon you'll gain back the weight plus additional pounda pa gyod ang ma add up
