    i've tried dieting (crash most of the time) and badminton the other year.. i lost about 10lbs, but i felt more weak and unhealthy.. moreover my body's not proportional ( gamay ug lawas but dako gihapon akong ulo) so i went back to my 'old eating habit and routines'

    then I was at my heaviest at the start of the year at 182lbs.. wanted to trim down but not with the same means as last time.. so i enrolled at a GYM.. been doing weight lifting for at least 4 days in a week (1.5 hours per session), and cardio exercise at least twice a week (1 hour per session).. as of this posting i'm already at 146lbs.. i got to as low as 142lbs last May.. nagsugod nalang ko pa shape and add more lean muscle so i'm expected to gain some weight..

    oatmeal diet.. oatmeal and breakfast viand in the morning (lihokan kaau ko sa di pwede oats lang), then meal jud for lunch, and oatmeal for dinner..=D oatmeal nko in the morning is 15 tablespoons, then sa evening ky 10..

    nag-oatmeal diet ko... then i ate a lot of fruits...panagsa nlang ko mokaon ug rice... and no to softdrinks... i engaged to badminton also...
