Apart from the scarcity of bands at the time, the organizers kept on moving the performance time to a later time slot for the first band kay nag-agad sila sa mga tao ug ang venue nga at least mapuno. I know this because we played there and we usually play late and later because of this scenario.
Eventually it lead to having no people at all... my theory was that the audience (me included when we're not playing) thought it wouldn't be wise to come on time kay late man sad mosugod ang mga bands. Instead unta nga mangita ang organizer ug paagi unsaon pagpa-sayo sa audience ug adto sa venue, which I think should've been the approach to solve the issue, nag-agad man hinuon sila sa presence sa mga tao so it became a ping-pong effect.
This is an example of the effect of a punctuality/tardiness issue between all 3 players in a gig... the organizers, the band, and the audience. All must be there on time gyud unta. Let me know what you think.

Agree. Kinahanglan jud bitaw punctual ang 3 elements. For organizers, para pag-andam sa setup, venue, etc. And both sa bands and audience, para TINUD-ANAY ang support sa event+organizers+bands...
