    dapat buhaton unta sa cebu:
    1) e-clear out na sa inhabitants ang external area.

    2) mass community relocation ang mahitabo unta sa cebu.....e relocate sa interior part sa island ang mga inhabitants....

    3) after ma clear ang external area, dha pa mag himo ug expressways nga good for another 200 years nga car population.

    Cebu doesn't need constributions. All OUR contributions go to the national govt.
    You do understand that an ever rising population can bring all kinds of hell right?

    Traffic, garbage, opawan ang bukid to promote housing plans are destroying
    this little island FFS. Don't say we should follow SG's traffic system coz even that
    looks primitive compared to Japan. Most metropolitan gov't knew that sooner
    or later, people will flock to where the central economy runs.

    What's federal-parliamentary gonna do to traffic issues by the way? Care to elaborate?
    Oh since you're not living here in PH maybe you could share some ideas to the masses?

    sa laktod pag ka storya boss mao ni:
    1) federal states holds/gets the most share of state income.
    2) federal states can have their own sets of laws

    if mao na mahitabo sa cebu;
    - cebu gets most of its income to either improve the city (or e bulsa sa state leaders )
    - dli na cla mag pa abot sa approval sa national govt sa ilang mga local plans...locals plans e.g. kaning mga infra and/or transpo modernization.
    - mka control ang cebu sa ilang population/inhabitants, provided gamiton ang UMID system

    Then naa nani possibility
    dapat buhaton unta sa cebu:
    1) e-clear out na sa inhabitants ang external area.

    2) mass community relocation ang mahitabo unta sa cebu.....e relocate sa interior part sa island ang mga inhabitants....

    3) after ma clear ang external area, dha pa mag himo ug expressways nga good for another 200 years nga car population.

    My question is how a fed-parliament can ease out current traffic situation? Not define it.
    If you take time to back read you should know where my arguments come from.

    additional explanations needed for these:
    • Are you basing your perception from SG, where Japan >>>>>>>>>>> SG > Kuala Lumpur?
    • Being a fed means decentralization, right? How come you're still mentioning the national?
    • How can a partial gov't control birth rate and inter-island migration if it can't even abolish Catholic practices?

    )
    #1 & #2 would cause enviromental depletion, would you want that to happen here?

    #3 is your pipedream. What about all those coffeshops, fuel stations, bakeshops, 7/11s,
    ministops, thai - korean - japanes restau, universities and how about the recomposition
    of the drainage and other underground plumbing works, wouldn't that matter also?
