monica's apple scone cake with raisins hot and fresh from the oven!

had to shoot this quickly as monica's family was waiting to taste her cooking






I couldn't get a perfect slice... but someone was already waiting for it.
hotshoe flash pointed straight up and bounced off the ceiling. I was holding
a white papernapkin to the left to reflect some light back on to the cake's side.
