Joey De Venecia is not playing his cards right.

He should have known from the start that there are a lot of other things to consider besides being the son of the speaker of the house. Now, all I can think of as the reason why he continuously saying to the public that the president is his president is because he wants to save himself from greater pain, if ever such is necessary.

The only flaw I can get from the testimony ni Joey De Venecia was that he was trying to defend the president saying that she had nothing to do with it. How is he so sure that GMA is not involved? He may have done that because of his father being a staunch ally of the president. It doesnt make sense also why he would implicate the first gentleman if he is protecting the president. Can the two be mutually exclusive in their dealings?

They should investigate Joey, His father JDV , the FG and the President along with the other government officials because it may be possible that JDV along with the FG and President might also have gotten kickbacks from the NBN project....

In the final analysis, isn't this scenario just like a pack of coyotes fighting over an ailing Mang Juan? This is all a fight among our supposed leaders for money. More money! The president's lucky select few against de Venecia's son. In the meantime, ailing, hungry, poor, Mang Juan's children have to leave their love ones to become maids in other countries to support their families.

When can the Filipino people say as one: "Enough!" Husto na nang bulsa ninyo. Ang bayan naman!

That possibility is a far shot. Joey de Venecia is very much convinced that the president is out of the picture. If there's any illegality, it's between him and his father. By now, JDV is asking for reconciliatory talks.

The greed for power and money should really be abrogated. Sometimes, those not involved are even dragged by some politicians who know nothing but act to gain more power and influence.

You'll be surprised - diehard GMA supporters will defend her come hell or high waters.
If she is so innocent - why the gag order on Neri on what her reply/reaction was when she was told by Neri that Abalos offered him (Neri) a bribe of 200M ?
