Duterte is playing safe. He is known to be on nobody's side. If he's aspiring of the presidency, he better consider standing firm on what he believe is good for the majority. Otherwise magiging "TRAPO" na din cya.

But again, it's a covert op that went koo-koo. The sad part is, the entire chain-of-command went koo-koo as well. Ako lang opinion, minimal jud unta ang casualty if indeed appropriate support were given... Ang nahitabo, murag gihimong wati atong SAF.. They were traited as bait. Sad part is, di pa jud confirm if napatay ang subject sa maong raid..

Minorities need Russia, and we will not grant them special privileges, or try to change our laws to fit their desires, no matter how loud they yell ‘discrimination’. We will not tolerate disrespect of our Russian culture. We better learn from the suicides of America, England, Holland and France, if we are to survive as a nation. The Muslims are taking over those countries and they will not take over Russia. The Russian customs and traditions are not compatible with the lack of culture or the primitive ways of Sharia Law and Muslims. When this honorable legislative body thinks of creating new laws, it should have in mind the Russian national interest first, observing that the Muslims Minorities Are Not Russians."

while I like Putin's stance regarding assimilation (and that's about one of the few things I like about the guy), he actually didn't say this. But I'm sure he feels this way. Ok raman nang mu-respect ug minorities, they should live as their custom permits, granted it doesn't go against the laws of the state.

Kaning issue of ancestral domain really wouldn't be so complicated had it not been for the greed of certain Muslim elites. I feel for the common Filipino Muslims nga gi-ilad ana nila with this talk of religion. The same way the common Filipino-Christians are being fooled by the elites in the government to do their bidding for them. If our country's elites, both Christian and Muslim were a little less greedy and actually looked out for the people below them--this country would actually be progressing instead of going through decades of strife. I'm not saying that we should adopt socialist/communist policies, but they should really stop treating people as expendable assets to feed their greed. Dili man ang problema sa Pilipinas about a minority not being able to assimilate with the majority. The problem lies with the people in power trying to one-up each other and get as much piece of the pie we call Mindanao.

Here's to hoping that common Filipinos will realize that they're just pawns, and to stop listening to the misguidance of the so called elites.
