Now, let's define first what is "elite". Elite (also spelled Élite) is taken from the Latin, eligere, "to elect". In sociology as in general usage, the élite is a relatively small dominant group within a larger society, which enjoys a privileged status which is upheld by individuals of lower social status within the structure of a group.

An elite is the result of economic and political forces within a social structure. Upon formation, societies have always had the tendency to stratify due to a combination of politics and ability. The position of an elite at the top of the social strata almost invariably puts it in a position of leadership and often subjects the holders of elite status to pressure to maintain their position as part of the elite. However, in spite of the pressures borne by its members, the existence of the elite as a social stratum is usually unchange.

So, makit-an nato nga gawas sa mga communist countries, almost tanan nga nasud is run by the elite.

On the other hand, lisud sab pagpadagan ang usa ka nasud.

SAK2 na COUNTRIES are run by the elite includin the philipines...

BUT SOME elites think only of them selves so mao na ang lain karn...

not all elite class people are cold hearted and not all non-elite are also good hearted..

be open lng sa opinions mga bro's and sis..."forum" mane each person has a differnt Point of view also there are CIRCUMSTANCES in each person...peace

as long as there are democratic elections, people power rules through elections,

but as we go through always using election as a tool to choose a leader, time will come that it can be perfectly manipulated...

people power this has been abused by those leftist.. they've used this tool most of the time to the extent that they forgot the real meaning of this.. worst.. over interpret it if naa bani nga term..

sakto paba ng mag rally sa tunga sa usa ka bizness dstrict.. nga naka samok lang sila sa mga ordinaryong employado nga gusto mo trabaho?? have they respected those drivers and passengers nga gadali arong dako pa ug agi i doubt if these groups respected their basic rights on that perspective... all they want is madungog ilang mga yango2x backed by a total failure political leaders...

simple raman strategy ani nila... ngita sila ug issue.. sell it to those leaders nga leftist sad.. then those total failure political wanna-be leaders bite the pie.. then they give "funds".. now happy ang mga leftist kay naa na sila funds para esuhol sa mga taga class "c" or "d" or even "e" nga mga citizens nato.. ang uban pa diha.. sugot lang ug tanduay lng esuhol.. they can't deny this.. hasta bata padalahon ug banner.. grabe nasad!

so in short? kwarta ra ending..

i even wanted to build service biz that would catter to those leftist needs.. simple ra kaau.. bayad ng mga politico nako diha ug 300k 500k.. then hire ko mga tawo sweldohan nako ug 100/day.. ka kwarta ko after..controlado pa nako tanan mga ni apil sa rally.. is it not a good biz now forgive me if OT ko ani but my point is.. pila lang kabuok tarong ron..sakay2x sa panahon ang uban.. and these are those people whom we are talking that wanted to run the country not our elits...

tsk tsk tsk tsk.. mabisyoso..wala gani mo katarong sa inyung pamilya or maski inyung kinabuhi.....

    ur thoughts plz..

basically elite people are business-minded people,
though they have the political will to lead, they are generally inclined to make money,
and who can assure that all businesses are regulated?
when business goes deregulated then it is somehow grabbing the peso of the poor,
then we will say, they are poor because they are not business-minded....they can't lead...better get back to the history of great leaders.

    just a point of view,

Elite? Erap as president? I didnt know that that was considered as an elite person. Liit siguro pero elite? Nah, i dont ****ing think so. Our rotten country is not run by elite people, it is run by dumb people voted by dumber voters. Its that simple. Its so hard to see but that is simply the reality. Dumb officials, dumber voters= rotten country!
