Cebu normal university i think is the most obviously haunted place in cebu city... the original building built by the Americans way back 1912 still exists and now functions as an Administration building.. During the Japanese period, the entire building was converted into a Headquarters of the Kempeitai. The rooms including the basement (which was recently renovated into offices) were once prison cells and torture chambers. The grounds fronting the building was an execution site... hundred of prisoners were beheaded everyday. In fact during the renovation of the said basement into an office, hundred of skulls were unearthed. They were later brought to Carreta cemetery. There was also a story that during the construction of the annex buildings, hundreds of other skeletons were also dug out.

We once had a visiting professor who had a third eye and he attested that during his lectures with us, more than twenty spirits were seen passing by infront of him. Some were even sitting beside the students!
