I have both but I rarely visit and post on G+ because it links with my work e-mail . People who I've been communicating using that e-mail or has my e-mail might see my G+ profile and I don't want to risk my job or damage my professional profile . All my pictures and status updates (drinking, crazy partying, dinners, rant and etc) are on my Facebook that's why I don't add people from work . I don't accept "add friend" from kids who are mostly from basketball league I coached at because I don't want to see them pictures of me passing out , chicks grinding on me at the bar and etc .

I have LinkedIn profile which is a work-oriented kind of social networking site and that's where I co-workers . Also I have Twitter but most of my tweets are about the Raptors and the NBA and I rarely tweet about my personal life . But I don't use words like "suck" "F.U." "shit" or anything explicit when tweeting . They can feel free "following" me on Twitter if they want to .
