Affirmative. Piro naa na siya remedy
Pm me sa mga female nurses bain makatabang ko in my little own way.
mag asia nalang sa gud..
you know, way back 2005 while I observed that high rise of nursing graduates I said to myself that these nursing graduates are not looking at the statistics. Most are blinded by the AMERICAN DREAM. And after 7 years, I proved myself right. If only students and parents are sensitive enough to what's happening worldwide we wouldn't be flooded by nurses who are unemployed. Mao sad nay sakit nato, pala "uso" lagi.
I hope we all learned our lessons from this major industry shift. Now to all RN's, time to make some plan B, C, D...Z.... and explore other career paths.
Dead heart!
try diay lain nga nasod? dli rman cguro ky you is ra need ug nurses
okay raman mu sunod sa uso, you just have to know when to ride it out and when to get off the bandwagon. You have to be keen about news and current affairs, also always have a backup plan. Anyways, the previous nurse exodus in the late 80s and late 90s will pale in comparison to the coming one, which is projected in 2020. Baby boomers will begin to retire (and needing health care services) while also opening up new jobs (many in the health care sector) that will leave a vacuum.
