I think legit ni sila kay futures trading is a legit business.

however, if you don't have superior math skills, solid emotional discipline ug ability to cope with pressure.
then ayaw nalang pamugos diri kay maski pasang awa ra, most likely wash out ra gihapon kay grabe kaayo ni ug speculation.

if familiar mo ug day trading sa stocks, forex and even math based poker/blackjack, then Im sure dako mo ug chance diri.

I KNOW I have the credentials since I have superior math skills and IQ, and I have over 5 years in trading experience. So I try to apply. I passed all exams with excellent grades. I even perfect one of the exams and almost perfect the other. I passed the preliminary interviews. But when the 3rd interview came, i was kind of disappointed with the salary, incentives and other bonuses. In my opinion, they are giving too low for such high qualification and considering I know that we will be handling big amount of money, and high amount of pressure/decision making/analysis will be necessary.

For me, they should offer more attractive packages already even at the start so that they can attract the more qualified traders. Otherwise, they might also have problem with employee retention.

Call center companies can easily match up their offer and at even lesser qualifications. Bottomline for all employees or traders is the Money Value.

This is only my opinion and it is up to you to take it or not. That's why I just prefer instead to just trade my own money rather than they will use my expertise and be compensated too low.

Good luck to all aspiring and those who are IN already!

Same here bro ... on the 3rd interview.... the compensation kinda disappointing. Good luck ! Not everybody can do trading its a skill that entails discipline, focus and risk management. Oh well, it was an experience going to their office with their multiple monitor racks set up.

the reason for this could be that our Philippines business permits can not still process future or forex companies. It takes really serious consideration to give one a permit even in US and UK. That's why they register a different business application like services, marketing arm or development agency But it doesn't mean it is illegal -- it is just that our government is not yet ready to grant permits to this form of businesses.

Hi, just wanted to share my experience as well. I was also interviewed (3rd time), but was also dissapointed with the salary that they offered. Just a question though, since im not into trading, isnt it that they are giving low compensation because they promise to provide "great" incentives/bonuses? any comments?
