i find planking stupid (that's just me.) just like i find a lot of other things stupid.

but a law against it is simply laughable. there are a lot of other things that representatives at Congress needs to focus into.

1.) Freedom on Information Act
2.) Agrarian Reform
3.) Wage hike for laborers
4.) etc.

i do not know if this is a stunt to gain more media mileage (it's never too late to be ready for the next election). but if an outsider seeing the problems we have and learns about this, he/she will only have three things in mind;

1.) that our representatives have lost touch with the immediate problems that we face, wasting away very limited resources on trivial things, ceasing to be 'representatives' in the best meaning of the word.
2.) that our political system has ceased to function to focus and address on more pressing issues.
3.) that we voters put into power politicians who could use some better judgement on these things.

whether its funny to some or not, lets just respect others way of expressing themselves - the word there is RESPECT. those people who love planking then let them do it, sa mga tao na dili nahan then DONT do planking, simple!!! i just find it funny why buhatan pa ug law about ani, its so...... i could not find a word... they are so concerned to our youth DAW but pirated CD, DVD, sa mga bangketa nagkalat that even porn CD and DVD are seen visibly. unahon sa ni nila kaysa sa anti planking. hobby raman gud ning planking same with body piercing, having a tattoo, or even sa mga tao na hilig ug extreme sports...
