    I stop eating too much Mcdonald and Jollibee when I found out that their food have mixed of chemicals. My sister told me about it. My younger brother ordered Mcdonald every night and I got tempted to eat the food he ordered from Mcdonald. Ha ha, but in the end, I realized that the food is not healthy at all and there is a possible result that I might get sick in eating too much food from Mcdonald. From now on, every time my brother ordered food from Mcdonald, I will just go upstairs to my room so as not to get tempted again. Ha ha ha. I agree with you. We get sick because of the food we eat and it depends on food. I think if we eat too much vegetable, it will be fine but I rarely eat vegetables at home. Ha ha.

    you're welcome and so are others - but a word of caution please - do it slowly, because as your body starts to detoxify, you will undergo a "withdrawal" situation and will experience some discomfort as your body readjust and fine tunes to the new intake, but that is part of the cleansing process, so don't be surprised of changes but once you overcome it everything will start to normalize and feel a lot better..more energized even as you eat less..go for natural..God already provided us with everything that is good for us...
