    well i hope, wala nay ing-ani nga consequences mahitabo sa istorya.net. istorya.net forums has been awesome. it is not just another website we visit, it has become a part of cebuano culture. so let us help on maintaining it the way it is today. scam-free(relatively), nice, and peaceful. i wish all the best for this issue.

    Thanks guys sa mga comment. Ako pod cge ko bantay ug naay scammer dinhi. Ako dili ko scammer. kung scammer pa ko di ko motubag niya. For the information of everybody mao ni nahitabo....

    I honestly believed the 3rd gen jud to. I called this buyer and explained to him last thursday. Ni insist man siya nga 2nd gen daw and unit so I asked him to give me a week para ma replace nako. The following days nachange iya mind iuli na lang daw kay guba ang touch screen. Wa ko kareply dayon kay na busy ko weekend baya. Pagreply nako insisted na iuli niya ang unit same condition as when he received it. I think that is just reasonable. Unsaon man nga nagtuo man pod ko ug 3rd gen to .di man to guba pagkuha niya. He had the chance to test it and test it well. Unsay assurance nako nga dili siya nakaguba? pero giaccommodate pa gihapon nako siya. BAI ang imong gikasuk an nga di ko mohatag ug exact date and time I told you last thursday nga within the week!!!! ka unreasonable ba nimo. gusto nimo kada minuto ka magupdate. kung scammer pa ko wa na ko nitawag nimo in the first place. Di ka kasabot. By the way wa ta nagsabot ug meet up.... I saved all conversations sa text bai ayaw paghimo ug storya nga dili mao. Ang atong sabot nga ihatod nimo sa APM didto sa akong amigo then motawag ko kung ok ang unit para madala nako imong kwarta kay labad na kaayo ka. WA TA NAGSABOT UG MEET UP SA APM kapila ba nako gibalikbalik nimo nga wa ko sa cebu karon. di jud masulod sa imong utok. Unreasonable kaayo ka... imong gusto nga BPI jud mapadala bisan ug walay BPI nga bangko diri!! i told this gay nga ML Kwarta padala na lang di pod siya mosugot kay BPI jud. Pero di pod siya mohatag sa iyang name and account number. unsaon man na nako? And until now wa pa pod niya gihatod ang unit sa APM. Kinsay yabag natong duha bai? I demand an apology. I told you already nga I take responsibility nag dili diay na 3rd gen. Nasayop pod ko ana. I did not scam u or anyone for that matter. You are overreacting. Very unacceptable imong gihimo. Now people think I am a scammer because of your post. You ruined my reputation there are legal consequences. Ayaw ko hulgaa ug korte bai kay wa koy giilad. Ikaw think of what you did. You ruined my name. Apologize... return the unit as agreed and you will get back your money. Let's put an end to this. kung dili you can go to court as you bragged... linabayay tag kaso. let's do the faceoff there kung maoy imong gusto.

    i post daw imo name and accnt no. bay para mapadala na nko ang money nimo para mahuman na ni,den as agreed same unit and condition sa paghatag nko nimo sa unit.ana na lng kay dli man jud ka moreply sa txt ganahan man ka ug naay audience!

    tsk, tsk, tsk. simple lang ni nga problem pero nadako lang kay wala nag abot ang inyo mga huna huna. kun mag korte pa mo mas dako na hino on ang inyo magasto. bayad pamo og abugado og etc, etc, etc. less than 5k ra man na inyong prolema.

    @ckrx69: naa kay argument/point bro kay ikaw man ang buyer unya masabtan man sad ang imo gibati kay dili man sad lalim baya mahimong bato ang imohang kwarta nga gipalit. but as one of the veterans here sa istorya (medyo dugay naman ka nga member dinhi) dapat medyo calma lang sad ta gamay, model ta sa mga newbie dinhi sa istorya ba. I heard your side og karon si romel nag explain na sad sa iyahang side.

    @romel: naa sad kay point bro as a seller kay during testing, wala may defect/s. so mao na ang imo basehan sa imo argumento. i'm with you with that. but about sa case nga wala ka kabalo unsa nga gen ang itouch nga imo gibaligya, medyo di kaayo strong na nga reason kay as a seller, you should know your product. basic rule na sa pag pamaligya bro........ and medyo nalooy sad ko nimo kay ang imo gipang post nga baligya naay mag cge og post nga scammer ka, which is very damaging jud sa imo reputation dinhi sa istorya. and I understand if you want/demand an apology kang @ckrx69.

    since member ta sa istorya, istoryahe na lang na ninyo og maayo aron peace na tang tanan. hehe. kun kini si romel is good and trusted seller, sayang kaayo kay na damaged jud ang iyahang reputation. kang @ckrx69, bro, i know the feeling if dili nato ma meet ang ato gi expect, and you have all the right to complain about the product as a customer, but if possible, paminaw sad sa side ni romel before doing anything like this. willing man sad daw siya i return ang imo money.

    tsk tsk,, i've bought not just one unit from sir romel, dghn nsd mi transactions and i can assure u guys na di gyud ni xa scammer,, although he is not always available all the time but sayun ra gyud ni xa kasabot.. and all his units never failed me ky i personally use them.. then kung ma pul.an dira pa q mu baligya,, up up up for u sir romel!..

    Thanks bro for weighing both sides. I admit nasayop ko ato classification na 3rd gen .mao bitaw nga nitawag ko niya and ni promise ko na i replace ang unit. But it was an honest mistake. I post posted 3rd gen 8 GB. It turned out when I made further inquiry na wala man diay 8 GB nga 3rd gen. Ang 3rd gen 32 to 64 GB ra. I was relying on what I was told at first. If I intended to scam anyone, dili ko mobutang of 8 GB kay obvious baya for people who knows nga walay 8 GB nga 3rd gen. It just so happened na wa pa koy info about that sa time nga nagpost ko. Ang buyer pod wa pod cguro siyay idea. Mao ra jud na ang problema. wala jud koy gidaganan. I called him and explained. I promised to replace the unit but I asked for a week. But instead he posted derogatory words against me kay iyang reason lang nga wa ko kareply dayon sa iyang text asking for specific date and time kanus a mi magkita. Gikapoy na ko ani nga issue I would have wanted just to ignore it pero grabe ang damage iya gi cause nako so I'm taking time to reply to all post if possible. I'll be back on Saturday sa Cebu. If this buyer wants proof I'll post a picture of my ticket. If dili siya masatisfy ana ambot magsecure cguro ko ug certification sa mga government offices unsa ba kaha. =) It's unfair that im being judged as a scammer for telling the truth that I'm not in Cebu. I would have preferred to be in Cebu to settle this issue. It is not convinient that I'm out of town... but what else will I say when that is the truth.
