    You are Right. Sovereignty is at stake(possible war). I am not into fighting the war but surviving it. If there war against our country, I am pretty sure that there will be lots of casualties. Instead of using military training to win the war we need to get trained on how to survive if our leaders would not be able to talk us out of it.

    And I agree with you. That would be a different but more suitable program for Filipinos. Readiness for disasters and calamities palang daan applicable kaayo sa Pilipinas. It's good to talk about pero ma off topic na unya.

    thats because it wasnt a federation. it was the socialist (USSR). conscription are allowed even now i think. officers are ordered to shoot men who falls back. then because of lack of firearms they implement the buddy role...where his the other guy has a rifle and his buddy just follows carrying only ammunition.

    they dont have a choice!

    your are right. in times of crises we need to be prepared not by wining it but fighting how to survived the crises.
