The reason why people think they should do something that is in line with their course is because they think sayang ilang gi gasto sa eskwelahan if dili sila makasulod ug job nga bagay sa ilang kurso. But that is wrong.

In our society man gud titles are very important, so ang ubang tawo masayangan nganong ang doctor nahimong tindero or nganong ang certified nurse nag call center. If naglisud siya sa iyang pagka tindero, then of course luoy sad. But what if malipayon siya ug daghan siyang halin?

One of my friends graduated nursing and is now working for years in a call center. It just goes to show he is flexible. If taking a job that's not in line with your course can get you out of a rot, out of boredom, pays well, keeps you productive while paying the bills, then what's wrong with that?

Unless wala na gyud kay laing nahibaw-an or mao ra gyud na imong passion, then by all means pursue your ideal job.

I agree. A very preposterous idea jud nang 'titles are very important'. Pangayui unya na og 10K inyo diploma o titulo plihug.

When I was in your status TS, i didnt print one resume only. I applied to several companies. The very first time I was declined hurt like hell, I remember it was Wipro. They rejected me. I didnt know why. But you know, the sweetest feeling came after when I was accepted for IBM- Sprint in Convergys, as a fresh grad, PRIDE jd nako, everybody's sayin' na bati, stressful, super lisud, maau ry dawatun ky mao ni mao nah.. and blah-blah---but I took it as a challenge. I had fun.

My solution to a boring day or week is, I cook. Say for example, I usually make white sauce for my ravioli, tomorrow, Ill be doin a cheesy tomato sauce para maiba..hehehhe., or sometimes, i play with my dogs, my cats and my guinea pig.. I CLEAN THE HOUSE--occasionallyyyy!!~

.find something that makes the day worthwhile, im sure its just around the corner---inside your home.

ienjoy sa nang pagtambay tambay nimo oi kai once mkatrabaho naka, daghan lage kag kwarta peo pait na mangita ug "Me TIme",..spend your free time looking for a job at the same time, himua pud tanan imo gusto himuon..heheh..muabot ra man ng work..naa man gne uban nga tuig gahulat bago nakawork..

bored na ka nya wala pa kay 2 months out of school?? basig ma-bored sad ka sa imu trabaho 2months into it ha..
graduated march 2009. practiced my profession[nurse, pero agi lagi ug volunteer. tsk] december that year. kataas anang panahona.
what did i do?
naggym. nagfootball. helped sa chores sa blay. read a chapter or two sa nsg books[though wla ni nagdugay. hehehe], kat-on ug drive, tried odd jobs like transport service, bantay bata, referee, etc.
if money was the issue, gikalingawan ra nako ug pangita ug odd jobs. ginagmay ra pero it's very fulfilling kay you know na the money in your hands was money well earned.

ang point ani is.. be creative. never stop searching for something to do. there's a lot of things you could do in your free time.

maybe maka-make ka ug notebooks from recycled materials, design2x nya sell them and earn some money.. hapit na sad bya start sa school year o
