apply for ms cebu? dili man kailangan nga gwapa kaayo. ms cebu is more of a personality thing mao na wala ni sya swimsuit. daghan man dili gwapa nangapil. hehe

it's easy to join ms cebu, u must be 18-25 yrs of age. lol and height req is i think is at least 5'3 or 5'4 or'5'5. basta pasar ra na imo height. btw, the screening for ms cebu 2009 will be sometime in july-september. mo post ra na sila sa sched. naa ka fill-upan. then ang screening process, ang mo screen nimo kay: ms cebu chair and fashion guru philip rodriguez, petite garcia and past ms cebu winnners. kung ganahan ka apil, i refer tika sa ako kaila.
