I think i belong to the CLUTCH DRIVING! Ma sakyanan man o motor. Especially kanang mag likay na ma pagngan. like sa akong motor bisag kusog2x pa ang dagan nag kumot na sa clutch while nag foot brake, back-up lng og front brakes para mo hinay na jud ang dagan. I think dapat jud nko suhito.on akong motor kng when xa hapit na mo pid.ok una nko mo kumot sa clutch.

To avoid being a clutch driver, here are some tips (tipid driving mode):

    1. Use clutch during only just when about to move (from standing still to 1st gear). When started to roll, depress/ release immediately as early as possible. Avoid unnecessary pressing the clutch on standing traffic.

    2. When changing gears, engaged gear properly and quickly, so you can then release the clutch immediately as possible.

    3. Avoid half clutching, make sure you press 100% and release 100% also. Do not stay in the middle/ halfway unless necessary. Half clutching is doubling the wear and tear of the lining.

    4. When approaching a full stop, use lower gear (engine braking), step on the brake then use the clutch when about to stall (or patay makina).

    5. At slow moving traffic, this is unavoidable to do half clutching but minimize if possible.

    6. Avoid staying your left foot at the clutch pedal even you think its not engaging.

    7. While rolling downhill, use lower gear, and avoid half clutching. Use clutch only if you feel the engine is about to stall.

    8. Avoid unnecessary changing of gears (upshift or downshift).

    Have a safe driving.

You can even hear na murag nag hingalo ang engine na dili mopawong. hehehe. Dila man sab sila ang tag-iya mao na wala lang nila. No offense sa mga taxi drivers, I'm not saying na tanan jud, base lng sa akoa observation.
