suway ug duwa ug "latay-latay".... wakekeke
-take a long nap before studying so that you won't feel sleepy
-have some coffe no sugar
- i do this everytym i have an exam..

PEPSI X!!!
try to study earlier, you have from 6am til 10pm... skip other activities such as, inom, party, chicks, chika2x... etc... study while in school... keep your day busy... make sure you get 8 hours of sleep.. that way, you can memorize more, answer exams better...
just a thought, something like this i did when i was in college... i seldom open school books at home (10-15 times in 2 years)... i play computer games, surf internet, research interests, sleep, watch movies during the night, or even make money on my free time...
damn... i hate studying... thank you God!
Listen to songs that you love.. it will keep you on the mood para mo-study.
Then if you start to feel sleepy, stand up, do some stretching or walk around for a while.

this depends on the time you study. before, I go home around 6, eat my dinner and sleep for two hours. then i take a warm bath. Â*I study until 2 in the morning. Â*If i feel sleepy between those times, I take hot choco drink (ovaltine/milo/etc.). Â*This also depends on the area where you study. It must not be conducive to sleeping.
..i don't really recommend this coz i don't know the possible side-effects or if taking this might be deleterious sa health..but it worked for me..i used to take energy drinks..the pepsi-X plus stresstabs..i took royal jelly too and it worked also for me..plus anxiety, may it be mild or moderate anxiety level keeps me awake while studying..dayon frequent rest periods and don't force yourself to read bisan dili na mutake imo brain coz its useless...

disiplina lang. If your body become acquainted with your study habits, everything appears to be normal. Its hard during the transition stage though where your body adjusts to the new schedules.
Another is to set priorities. which one to study first and which one to study last.
Next is time management. know how to manage the time for study and quick breaks.
And lastly, is focus. If you study, do study. Yaw na ug side trip lain.
