naa man jud nai vaginal discharge ang babae...its because naa man jud normal bacterial flora sa vagina to serve as protection against foreign agents. baho xa tungod sa by product aning mga bacteria...

sa mga babae i think the best way to handle this is to have good hygiene practices.

dapat jud pag mangihi trapohan jud na ang vagina. not in a direction na from anus to vagina but vagina padung anus... this would also avoid any bacteria or watever to enter the vagina if ever gikan sa anus...

basta ladies, keep it clean. change your underwear pod oie at night..

be careful pod with using pantiliners. dapat every 4hours e change jud dayon na. kai it may be a condusive environment for bacteria to thrive in. ang resulta ana ma UTI na nuon ka.

hi guys..nakabati lang ko bah from my male friends na kita daw mga babae naa daw vaginal odor
which is seldom true...ako experience dle mn permi, naa lang times..
what causes ani? and unsa imu gibuhat para ma minimize or ma illiminate ang bad odor?

i think it is because of the presence of "yeast" mo na ang term na ak nahibaw an... i can't recall the details pero mao na ang usual na reason...kay ang ako GF before maski ug gikan pa ug pasingot like P.E. Class or sports kay humot na jud japon...i mean naay odor pero dili ingon na offensive.

i also was able to learn that soap can cause odor too...especially if dili matarong ug hugas unya naay soap mahabilin sa area. liquid soaps or feminine wash are i think a better to use. that's all i can say for now...

i think i prefer liquid feminine wash jud..(wla mn cguru feminine wash na soap..)
