I remember, I once had an acquaintance who never stepped foot in the city of cebu.. taga isla sa bantayan (one of the smaller islands there not bantayan) I decided to bring him here sa cebu and we went to SM.. first thing he did was he took off his slippers. we didnt get caught by the guard so i really dont know if it was allowed or not. he left it at the entrance thinking that SM was some dude's really2x big mansion. I only noticed it when I forced him to take the escalator.. he was scared cause it was moving.. (oh and on the way to sm he was like amazed at all the cars.. he never saw one in real life.) so when i told him to act like it was just like walkin on stairs except u just need to take the first step on and the last step off. I noticed he didnt have any slippers on. lol. (no wonder people were staring at us). So we backtracked and We got his slippers and the rest is history. It was a loooooong day of explaining stuff. I dont see him anymore. last I heard I think naka college xa sa CIT. he was still highschool that time like 1st year i think. this happened way back. highschool pa pd ko. maybe he's a callcenter agent by now, or a teamleader. that wud be a cool twist. f-ing epic. hahaha

wala may dresscode ui pero ang mga security guard,xempre sitahon gyud ka.. naay tendency nga di ka pasudlon kay we're not used to seeing people nga magtiniil sa mall.. atong mindset is if hugaw ug sanina,y tsinelas or sapatos pobre na daun or manghilabot na daun..
actually sa other country,say for example sa NZ magtiniil ang uban mga tao sa mall. weird pero tinuod. here sa phils, i dont think di ma-kuha ang attention sa mga tao specially sa guards if imo na buhaton.
