yes you can always complain. we have the right to complain if mistreated. but then, even our own airport personnel here in the Phils. are not that different from others. if you could remember, even Luli Arroyo was mistreated by our own immigration officer before. i myself experienced this when i went to singapore, my passport was placed below 3 more passports because they were locals. i said to the guy that it was unfair. he said so what?? there's a complain form there just fil it up...

cge lang makabawi ra ta. dont be afraid. fight for your rights. naa bitaw complain form. sulati lang.. yeah, naka remember ko ana hopefully we pinoy maka fight nata sa ato rights.
