    Yup radish siya , puti kaayo and perfect kaayo ni siya na vegetable for carving .

    Akong gusto ma witness sa event is ICE CARVING if naa and BUTTER CARVING kay ihas kaayo ko ana . Its really hard I guess kay you have to be in a temperature controled room aron di malanay ang butter . Unsa na klase kaha na butter ang gamiton ana po ??

    so far they never had problems with the butter carving melting. usually they do it in the walk in chiller or freezer then transport it to the display area. as long as the temp wont exceed to 25c the carving's safe.

    Maynta magka kita ta sa event puhon . Anyways ... so if butter diay , himuon siya sa sulod sa reefer ? Then if humana kay ibalhin na lang .

    Nice pod ang ic carving kay mang gawas mga chain saw hehehehe .

    Anyways , OT ni siya .... around 5 years ago , naay competition sa US and the winner was a Filipino na US Navy CUlinary Specialist that works in the White House and he was dubbed as the fastest hand in carving . He can make those potato roses in like 2 minutes , perfectly cut and walay mga pahak .... grabe to siya .

    well the idea is that in butter carving the room must be cold. if the carving must be done on the spot. the function room in waterfront is sufficiently cold enough for carving to be done as long as the raw material is rock solid to begin with.

    Filipino food carvers are known all over the world. i watched a news i think it was 2 years ago. that there is a place in luzon that are well known to produce world class food carvers and have been winning awards all over the world.
