it's easier for a person to be mature if early in life he was taught on how to be responsible of himself na. if you have overprotective parents, like mama's boy kaayo. these people tend to be dependent pa on their early 20's .

so if you see someone who thinks way younger than his age, blame his parents. Toinks!
