feel kaayo nako ang mga positive effects sa meditation... but we need to have a master/teacher... we need guidance sa mga experiensyado na, specially kanang mga tag-as na kaayo ug mga experiences... group meditation is great help for beginners also
there are so many meditation techniques, some gkan pa sa panahon ni moses, ang uban gkan sa egypt, india ug tibet... mao na ang mga powerful ug effective nga mga meditation techniques... some people from around the world would go to india and tibet just to learn their meditation techniques from great gurus/masters... some of their great gurus and masters also went to North and South America and Europe to teach ancient meditation techniques
even John Lennon... learn meditation techniques from a great master of India... that he was inspired to write the songs of what he had learned

there are so many authentic schools around the world today teaching ancient meditation techniques... when we say authenctic, it's about the lineage... who is the master of the master of the guru/master... and so on
due to advance technology sa karong panahon ... naa na sila mga web sites and sayon ra kaayo pangitaon... pwede na maka study in printed forms... unlike before, kinahanglan gyud muadto ug pangitaton pa sila nimo sa egypt, india, and tibet to learn them... and not just going there... need to stay several months and years to master higher meditation techniques
how'd you know if you're in the meditative state naproblema nako ang focus..
focus... mao gyud na ang first stage... then next mao pa ang meditation... most people kaingon ug nagmeditate na pero actually naka focus lng... try kanang mag group meditation that will help ky ang surrounding is in harmony tungod sa kadaghan sa nag meditate... it can greatly help in focus and meditation

one of meditation's positive effects nga ganahan jud nako kay kanang di ta singtun. makalma sad ang atoang sweat glands.
i rather use psychedelics... if i can find one.
