Hi, I love this topic. I learned alot.

I have encounter some new scheme/issue for debit collector agencies. g-harasss sad ko.

I got delay to pay for 1 month kay out of town ko to visit my province...

when I get back to cebu on Tuesday. the agency collector call me.

They said: your payment was already past due. you need to pay for this amount today.

I said to them, is it okay if I just pay this coming Friday or Saturday together with my next monthly due bill kay medyo naglisod pa ko.

They answered to me: you need to pay that today or else if you wish to pay that on Saturday, they will going to close my account and pay the whole amount of my debit. I got shuck! kay medyo maayo akong pag-istorya niya kalit raman haras nako.

one thing they said. if dili daw nako mabayran ang tanan na amount. they have some attorney to contact me on my area to file a case against with me kay delay daw ako bayad nila.

I answered them: well see and I hang-up the phone.

I got shock! g-sapot gyud ko sa ilang pag-harass nako kay 5 years I never got delay to paying my credit card bills. it just happen today kay medyo emergency man akong lakaw.


Is there's anybody naka sulay na ani na situation? they going to close your account and force to pay the whole amount of debt with them.

sa katong nagto-o nga dili mapriso ang mangutang, nahala pangutang mo ug taman hangtod makasugat ra mo ug katapat nga dili na gyud mo paikyason... kadaghan raba mga abogado nga walay lingaw diri sa ato-a... wala pay labo ang mga libring abogado sa Public Attorny's Office (PAO)...

next time if they will call... i'll just say "WOW! ang galing mo discarte!" may bago kaba dyan?..... kasi narinig ko na yan sa iba... hahahahaha

i would like to ask if you are in the bad credit list and was able to pay and clean your debt and was issued a certificate of full payment or clearance. would it be removed from that list?

hi, the best thing you can do is find an extra income that can give the benefit na mabayaran nimo ug hinay hinay ang utang mo. I've been there sad nga problem pero when i found out Core 8 Int'l Mktg Corp.
