Yes.. any system mahack.. pati gani atong government system nahack.. pihado, pati tao pwede mahack ang pang huna2..


but everything can be minimized.. pareha rgud sa mga doors s atong mga blay, pwede malungkab bisan nkasara. but di ba naa tay mga susi to protect our house...

i dont believe comelec would easily switch to a system whose protection level is too vulnerable.. cguro, ani nlng ngsalig gani ta sa atong mga atm machine, why cant we believe this new innovation. as far as i knw, IT world got encryption and decryption strategies. i believe that these is one way to protect our election returns...perhaps they have implemented higher level of encryption and decryption level than that of the atm machines.

Comelec plays a big role in the election.
As long as there are still questionable people in that commission we cannot consider that we are safe from cheating.

@Deathnote sakto na imong point. Insiders can do the job especially if there is money involved. However if ang system sa election is advance enough to do a comprehensive audit checks then y not? it should be at least 4 independent parties involve in running this system from infrastructure/OS/DB/Applications and apil nalang physical security in every precinct across the country.

lately we noticed that these signal jammers surfaced na. These jammers will prevent the machine from sending signal to it's server. Equivalent to lost text.
What I'm afraid lang is for somebody who can create same signature as the machine. example of this is the text messaging, notice that there are times that you can receive text from unsubscribe individuals. That is how the system might be.
