hey shine was looking at that fan last night too. But still deciding between that, the thermaltake ufo#3 and a fan duct 90 to 120 with a 103 cfm 120 fan at 44 db . what you think? is 10db a big diff in sound? wheres that blue light on your ram comming from the crucial? damn killer psu but the price is a killer too hehehe way over my budget i think the modstreams more my price rangewhat other psu's did you consider? or werre you set on this one from the start?
ya wat happen to ur previous set up, can u send it to us nalang for donation heheheee... ok lang if ull give me the prev. ram u have heheeee...
ya where that blue light, from ur RAM
There are 8 LEDs, 4 on each side of the base of the sticks which gives off that nice blue glow :8O: on the board, looks very nice in person.
Hey jcy0001, 44db is still a bit loud but if you get yourself a fan controller it will help a lot. Follow Ryan's advice this really works too.![]()
@Ryan, you are absolutely right, adding a duct to the side panel will help that is why I did them on most of my rigs. I just have to get some Plexiglas and mod it, don't worry this will happen soon as you can see in the pic below. Remember these out of date rigs of mine![]()

Here I just mocked up the rad and fans to see what they look like, man this thing is a monster. I'm still going to add a fan shroud to this for better air flow.

I will be attaching that to the top part of the case. In this pic you see where the cuts are going to be.

I used a Dremel to cut the hole and then filed it down smooth and straight. Took me about an hour to do and was very happy with the results.

Now installed on the inside of the case the other pic is what it looks like from the under side.

This will be the site for the new pump. I will be adding anti-vibration pads on this too.

Still have a lot to do, I'm still waiting for the mounting hardware for the GPU block that they forgot to send. Instead of using the regular plastic hose clamps I am going to be using "Pi-Thon Hose Locks" polished of cource. Here is a pic of the hose locks.
