    without any use of vitamins, well, sleep for me works fine. or a healthy debate/rant about your stressful day. watch a funny movie. eat chocolate (not too much.. they say eating chocolate not only gives you energy but also puts you in a mood of satisfaction).

    When you feel like buying a drink, ask yourself. "WILL THIS DRINK REALLY HELP ME WITH MY HEALTH?" If not, I suggest you just buy water. But, water is just water. Find a way to turn it into ALKALINE BASED. Just a similar price of a 1 liter or a 1.5 liter of a softdrink and with the good health benefits, you can make a difference. CHANGE YOUR BRAND before it's too late.
