first of all.... what do you really mean about not respecting old ones?

so you mean newbies don't have the right to be respected? so you think the newbies should bow down to the old ones? if that's so..... your thinking way highly of yourself your highness...

members should be treated equal here.. newbies and oldies.. if you want respect you should throw it first..

@newbies: nobody is belittling you.... sometimes the older ones have to remind you, that you are not doing it right... like a big brother teaching his younger brother the things in life...

wala na sila mag init ninyo... nag remind lang... don't take it personally... I've seen far worst disrespecting posts than you had ever seen...
