You should be on the same area code to enjoy the unlimited and free cell to landline on duo...
Bro, I asked Globe SM, Globe Ayala, Globe E-mall, and Globelines SM regarding this. I gave them an example like this: I have a friend who is in Manila and has a Globelines landline in Manila. He wants to call my Globe Duo here in Cebu. Is it free? All four said yes.
It is only applicable one way and not vice versa. What I mean is if Globelines Manila wants to call Globe Duo Cebu, it is free. But if Globe Duo Cebu wants to call Globelines Manila then it is NOT FREE.
That is what they all said to me. When you will call 211, they said it is not free. I trust more the Business Centers because they know more their product and services than the once in the call centers (211). Another thing what I believe them because when one time I went to Globelines SM, the customer service representatives there read it out from the screen of their computer and it stated that it is unlimited one way only from Globelines Manila to Globe Duo Cebu.
I do hope all of you understands this. I also like to share this news to you all. Thanks
Guys and gals, good news para sa Globe Prepaid Duo. There is already a P450 for 30 days for the Globe Prepaid Duo. I don't know how true this is but I inquired about the Globe Duo at their website a few weeks ago and I got an e-mail today. It states like this:

Globe Customer Service
I did try to check this with 211 and the customer service representative told me at first that there are only two denominations. Then I told her that someone e-mailed me from the globe customer service and it states like this above.
She told me if I can wait so she would check some infos. Then when she came back, she told me that the P450 for 30 days just started today, July 2, 2009.
Try to check this out yourselves if it is true or not. I hope this info helps you out.
Anybody else want to share this experience with their Globe Duo Service? Please do post. Thank you
i can't seem to contact anyone from my PLDT LL+ to their DUO lines anymore...anyone experiencing this?
