    they said it all na sis. basta, lamiiii jud kaayu kaon ana so regulate your diet. you'll be thankful jud after para di kaayu ka daku after sa pregnancy. if you're craving for something sweet, substitute lang ug sweet fruits!

    DILI pwede too much *** labi nah kn ampinganan ang baye nga pagkabuntis...ug ang healthy nga preggy limit pud sa *** mga once a week...lessen ang sweets, sodium ug caffeine...

    avoid worries,stress,and deppression.kong ang imo laki dugay mouli,ayaw kasuko instead give him hug and kisses and cook for him.be positive.

    Ingon ako wife, iya na-learn daw adtong pagbuntis niya kay dili molakaw ug ulan. Labaw na ug gabii. Ingon siya nag-dyip daw siya on her way to the office. GY ako wife. Payter kaayo. She was GY during her entire pregnancy. Timing na lang gani kay nag-day-off siya atong pagpanganak niya.

    Kadtong nag-dyip daw siya atong gabiuna na nag-ulan, kay gihilanat siya then gahi iya ubo. Nagka-flu yata siya. Mao to nagpa-hospital na lang jud siya. Maayo gani ato na time kay iya medical insurance kay ni-cover ra sa iya hospitalization. Most of the medical insurance companies won't cover pregnancy-related hospitalization. Pero kadto iya kay mura gi-categorize to siya ug hilanat lang jud. Dako na man tingali iya tiyan ato. I think 7 months na man tingali.

    Me and my wife is blessed that she never had complications with her pregnancy. She delivered a 7lb baby girl on February 2008. Now, kiat na kaayo akong anak. Super active kay sige kaon chocolate ako wife sa last trimester niya. That's why motuo jud ko nga naa jud effect ang sweets sa baby. Ambot ug another superstition na pod na sa pinoy.

    Don't drink a lot of coffee or eat a lot of chocolate, its no good for you or the baby..
    don't stretch, it could cause you to hemmerage (like dont reach up high for things, stretching your legs is fine lol)

    daghan lagi ko mga myths dri nah basahan bout pagbuntis...hehehe...ako maggym pa gani ko hangtod karn and am planning until hangtod manganak ko...mah obgyn is fine w/ it as long as you know ur limits...always watch what you eat & you can eat almost everything but just don't overeat...
