Is it true that it is hard to find job if you have failing grades?

i don't know why.

kay tanan nako mga barkada, pareha man mi kadaghanon ug hagbong, nakatrabaho man.
rated same ra sa mga walay hagbong.

depende ra tali na sa mga tests na ipatake sa HRD sa company. naa IQ ug EQ.

most prefer EQ.

basta nakagraduate ug pasado sa board.

license lang gipangita sa trabaho.
uban gani, wala na gamita ang licensya, basta makatrabaho lang.

bilib sad ko adtong mga ni-TOP na mga individual sa board exams.

humot kaayo to sila sa trabaho.

pero, ayaw kalimti ang EQ.

mostly with experience ang tan-awon ana... dili kaayu factor ang grades pero naa ubang companies motan-aw jud og grado...

having gud grades cud be an edge for an applicant but not absolute na mao basihan sa tanan. nice gyud kung both naa ka like skills and gud grades! impressive dating...

Lisod jud labi na ug baga kaau ka ug transcript of records nyahahah daghan ka second takes hahahaha... and isa pa pud the important thing if ur from a good skol... it really does pay! naa jud uban companies e segregate nila ang mga applications kung asa ka gikan na skol... ive even heard na pagkato daw na skol ka gikan adto nimo ibutang sa trashcan imo application nyahaaha exage ra na na sa trashcan ibutang.. pero dato daw padng hahahaha...
