well, if we really think about it, it's not necessary to train these people how to speak English by requiring them to ispokening iningglis in the public. why did call centers hire them in the first place? they hired them because THEY KNOW HOW TO SPEAK THE LANGUAGE.

requiring them to speak English at public places in Cebu is a direct insult to their abilities. in other words, they don't need that kind of training. train them how to sound like an American, but don't train them to interact with BISAYA people in English coz they're only making a fool out of themselves.

Wala man siguroy problema if mag iningles sila. I think its good on their part kay they get to practice their pronunciation and diction. Frankly I don't see anything wrong with it. As for katong hasta ang saleslady ininglesan, dili man guro OA. At least kung ang sales lady nahan siya nga ma praktis iyang english then much better, mutubag siya ug iningles or if dili kaya, magbinisaya she will always have a choice anyway. As for katong dili kaayo kamao then mag iningles, wala man siguroy problema ana, mas maayo gani nang mag iningles sila aron makamao..
