No offense but, I don't know how the name change affects the efficiency. When I left LIPI it was already hovering above 90% plant efficiency (both plants). Scotland and Chihuahua cannot believe those figures that they sent their bright boys to see how we made it.

The IF machines at Cell 1&2 ran like brand new. And we even process the TF circuits at efficiencies not before attained by Scotland.
