also, there's nothing wrong with credit. we are living in the credit economy anyway. just know when to be advantageous or not. (hint: last year's home loan rate was 7.75% fixed for one year while inflation was a high at 11% last july)

wala koy info kaau bout Sunlife, pero sa First Metro, got an email from them before kay naa ko ug info... If you want, I can forward it to you. Just give me your email ad... pero kung sa performance wise, you can check them personally sa Investment Company Association of the Philippines nga website... or go here directly, Investment Company Association of the Philippines . didto ra man pud ko mu-visit to check kung unsay performances nila... personally, wala koy experience jud ani nilang duha, pero nag-think nako of investing with First Metro for my son. nindot man gud sila ug performance. nya gamay ra pud ang needed nga initial investment.
