Smart or Globe Telecom?

currently wala ga-work ang international roaming sa smart sa US. only globe is working right now. sucks and it's new year's eve.

im a prepaid roaming, i recieve text from philippines, then i text back thru my local phone.. or call if its important.. i load every 2 months 30petot only eload

i got smart postpaid. during the holidays both globe and smart international roaming was down. they said that the earthquake in taiwan is what caused it. then a few days before new year, the globe's is already working but the smart's was not. not can you tell me if yours was working?

pero solid GLOBE japod ko.. kai mo refund jud sila.. same a2 nag pa unli ko nga me kaltas but wa diay na unli.. so ni call ko sa customer service.. den pag ka ugma na refunan ko sakong gi load..
and d pajud mo pataka kaltas og load..
ang naka nice pa jud cge ko ka recieved og saag na load hahaha.. dats why GLOBE jud ko.. d lang sa nun ko mag pa unli kai me mahal ang rate..

Based on experience lang, if mag smart ka you can't recieve any calls but you can recieve text messages. If globe, pwede daw ka recieve both text and calls pero mo minus daw sa imo load bisan di ka mo tawag, mao na ang storya sa ako mga kauban regarding sa globe.

Depends on what country are you going to, some countries cost much than others, thats what they called zones. Try to inquire from smart or globe if how much will the charge for the call or txt on that country your going to.

Much better tingali kung smart, pero one thing kung smart, u can't call, only txt. Less maintenance sa load. For Globe you can call and txt pero, dako siya ug maintenance sa load, and nakabati pa gyud if naay mag miss call lang nimo, deduct na sa load nimo @ roaming rate, which is mahal. Much better if you call smart and globe for more info.

Hint: Use roaming phone for receiving incoming txts when you're in the US. Maka save ang mga motxt nimo from here.
