    @godsaint

    I agree. It's good to have someone share the same thoughts with mine.

    it's a reflection on our society: accessible liquor & porn, degrading values, bars near the schools, etc..
    young people are gullible and are likely to have a distorted view on sexuality and the world around them.
    what brings about in the mind of a young man to rape a girl?
    why would a girl need acceptance to a club that encourages drinking and drugs?

    No victim of a crime deserves it. This girl is undoubtedly naive. She most likely suffers from low self esteem or even low IQ. Some of you may even call her downright stupid. But she still does not deserve to be raped. Not even once. And certainly not three times! If you walk around Colon, you don't deserve to be snatched. And if you jaywalk, you don't deserve to become roadkill (even though chances are high you become one without criminal liability to the driver).

    It is not difficult to differentiate between "with" and "without" consent. The fact that the rapists need to drug the victim means this is really a case of rape. Am a guy, but I don't believe rapists saying they did it due to the girl's skimpy outfit or the girl seemed to be seducing them. Oh please, it's as clear as night vs day if a woman really agrees or not. Have you ever heard of a woman saying she was raped by the man she checked in with at a motel?

    And so much for that machismo bravado that some guys are claiming. Saying they simply cannot control the lust. I tell them if you are old enough to control when and where you defecate, then obviously you can control when and where you copulate! You are not a cat or dog that it's ok to defecate and copulate anywhere.

    Let's all stop blaming the victim here. She has suffered enough, and she has received more than her fair share of punishment already for whatever mistakes she has committed.

    We can't say that the girl really deserve it or she is to be blamed because we all still don't know why she ended up with such group. Maybe she's just trying to have a good time bonding with other people and joining a group which she taught is a dignified one. Men, women, boys, and girls now drink and it's quite a common scene. It was all planned even before she came into the scene without her knowing. If she only knew that would happen to her or even if only 1 of those boys will end up having *** with her, I still doubt it if she'll tag along.

    The older report said that she was invited by a fellow female member to join a non-credited school organization.

    A new report says that the group was preparing for an acquaintance party which had a drinking session in the process. The suspects put sleeping pills in the victims drink. When the victim fell asleep, about 10 persons molested her.

    My take: The girl was invited and in the process was told to help in the preparation for an acquaintance party as a part of her initiation which unknowingly to her was all planned from the very beginning.

    Can we still blame the girl for that? Drinking sessions is normal nowadays but drugging a person and take advantage of him/her is another story. I still don't get it why most people here doesn't put more weight on those persons who raped the girl? And say that she deserve that because she should have stayed at home?

    Here's some links about the acquaintance party:

    Ignorance is to blame here

    because the girl still young, and she dosen't quite understand what she was going into and
    because of the poor education among the youth, lack of "Values education" in public schools..

    take note. im sure this is just one of the many things that is happining in the phillipines most of them doesn't get reported. because many people chose to be silent that to tell.
