the ROTC proposal is now in congress. I keep wondering why they are not exposing this in public aron mag speak up kadtong against or approve aning proposal. basin if ma approve na diha pa nila ipa open sa public nya wala na ta choice.

Para nako mas mayu e balik ang ROTC pru dili na pareha sa una sa student pako na cge marcha, punishment. Agree sab ko og pareha sa balekatan, assemble rifles, combat trainings, more combat lectures and moral values. In this way tingale mas nindot og effect nya daghan mu og makat-unan as a student..![]()

FREEZA .... you do have a good point in utilizing the expertise of students the actual soldiers dont have . Pero murag unrealistic man kaau kay limited ra man na ang mga post that requires such personnel . USC TC alone has how many students enrolled to ROTC back then ? Walay apil pa sa mga senior students na wala mo kuha sa ROTC ?
Again ... let those people who has the interest such career in the arm forces do their thing unless we are at war and has shortages of armed forces that is needed to protect the country otherwise , SPORTS and COMMUNITY service is the best alternative to ROTC .
" A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the People to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. " - 2nd Amendment , Bill of Rights of the United States of America
ok man unta ang ROTC if the intention is to discipline the youth. however. current military situation is disturbing. unless mahapsay ang atong armed forces (as well as ma-develop), diha na guro pwede siya mobalik.
and yes, kung marching lang pirme ta ani, wala gyuy pulos ang ROTC. students tend to pay officers rather than enjoy the sun while its hot!
its better to instill military discipline in smaller groups.
^ naa sad assembly sa firearms oi og tour2x sa airbase
you're right... kong ang AFP mismo na bulabog sa koraption, samot na ning ROTC.ok man unta ang ROTC if the intention is to discipline the youth. however. current military situation is disturbing. unless mahapsay ang atong armed forces (as well as ma-develop), diha na guro pwede siya mobalik.

I envy you regarding the tour in the airbase. Basin ang naghandle kay AFROTC. Sa among ROTCU kay Army man. And of course we have been at Camp Pintoy many times.Originally Posted by Mabix

Yes sakto ka bai, sa AFROTC jud basta naay tour rapos firing, mas educational siya... AFROTC man ko, adto mi sa USP mag formation before.
been to both Army and Air Force ROTC.... pero mas maau man og program and Army nga ako na atinan.
really? how come they're not informing the people. this is a democratic country but i wonder why the people are not given the right to know. i pity those students who will have to suffer ROTC if in case it will be reinstated or approved back in the college curricula. it may be helpful to some who have interest in the military but it will prove a waste of time, money and effort for those who have no inch of interest about it.Originally Posted by iloveyou4ever
