The Ewoks do say PATAY when an Ewok dies in RETURN OF THE JEDI... the Ewok language is Filipino... in this film you get the semi phonetic reverse of Ewok, the WOOKIES in the planet Kashyyk, it has really nice visuals and watch how Yoda goofs off simila to how he fools around with Luke in EMPIRE STRIKES BACK...

Thank goodness I was only half awake when I started reading this thread again... hehe. As soon as I sensed it was going to be spoiled, I scrolled down and closed it. hehe. Hah! I still don't know what happend.

ROTK (LOTR for that matter) was a different case. Sure, it wasnt a faithful transfer to film from the books but ang importante was PJ captured the book's essence and he was able to get that across to the big screen. Dako na man daan ang fan base gud compared to Star Wars; its been around for decades. I know kadaghanan na ganahan sa LOTR kay ang action sequences ra; they dont give too much attention to the story. Naay uban but there are very few ra gyud na ni-appreciate jud sa LOTR, book and film.

Don't get me wrong; I'm a Star Wars (and Darth Maul ) fan myself. Episodes 4-6 blew me away when I first saw them when I was just a kid of 10 summers. Then the prequels came; everything went downhill since episode 2. TPM was okay, pero OMG, sadly Lucas never got his groove back. Lahi ra gyud and prequels compared sa original.

Okay, I'm counting Magneto in to play DARTH BOARD.

Now, if I only I can get Bembem Morales to play the other Jedi, we can shoot in San Carlos right? Outdoors?

Cos we're gonna use green screening here... and i'll do it dogma style with natural light... I wonder if the 4th floor of the Technological Center can still be utilized by students as that is where I plan to shoot it if I can get 2 Carolinians to play the Jedi.
