    hi i suggest you need additional help on fat burner products like thermojetic herbal fat burner green tea, it increases your energy and metabolism.. You have to do exercise regularly avoid softdrinks thats what I do. I assume your problem is your fats in your lower body. I understand your problem is your lower body fat which is n ur tummy, same with me before But not for now All i did is take a balanced diet like cutting calories, no eating between meals but fruits or vegetables only and increased exerise. Yes, its true that exercise is not suficient to reduce lower-body fat. I found out by reading health & wellness info that we need to eat more protein and include lower-body exercises in our workout. Now, Im happy with my abs.. It only takes hardwork & determination & sacrifice to do the proper exercise & take effective products at d same time to achieve the body u want..     Thank you so much for the info! I agree that it takes pure hardwork, determination and sacrifice. Kudos to you for having achieved those :mrgreen: I really wish I can be more disciplined. I sometimes tend not to care about what I eat. My problem really is my tummy fats. I'm very conscious of it. I don't have problems with other parts of my body. I'm actually slim. I just really want to shape up.

    Can you advise me what to eat? or what routines to follow perhaps? Can you give me examples of high-caloric foods and low-caloric foods? I really appreciate your help! I'll be forever grateful.. Thank you!

    Hmm! Ingon ani ni bro. sa amo nga mga bodybuilder ang perfect abs does not mean nga 6 paks naka and also tight na kau imo oblique then thats perfect. okay you can have 6 paks and with a very tight oblique but the big question is that is it perfect? as far as my experience is concern only John Grimmik has perfect abs ever since not even the great arnold or Ronnie Coleman can duplicate what John Grimmik's genetics has. Perfect abs means that all sides of the paks have the same size and lines vertical and horizontal has the same linear direction and also oblique thats the same size and lenth on both sides.
