Drupal and Joomla are just CMS not a website builder.. they only works on the back-end of your website, the real deal for making a website the the coding and templating.. if you're a coder try notepad, its the best.. hehehe, or the upgraded notepad++, for designers the best is PHOTOSHOP + ILLUSTRATOR.
