if u want to slim down, ayaw mo pangitag gym na aircon, d man tawn na lugar para mag chill2. ngano gud mag aircon mo. mag exercise gane mo kanang dli bugnaw para dali ra panington nya para dali ra mo gamay. mao man kaha nu goal.
di mn na ana bai...maski aircon, ma niwang mn ka kng kabaw lng ka right diet ug right program sa imung gym....di na mu mater whether aircon or dili...

ako ask sad ninyu is i know it is not ok to do the same muscle everyday... so unsay routine ninyu sa muscle focus per day in a week?
