At a press conference shortly after Congress proclaimed him president on Wednesday, Aquino once again parried questions on his possible marriage plans.

This man is supposed to be our next president, and he's relying on Madame Auring's predictions for his marriage plans?! Oh man.

And I'm not the only who thinks this isn't right. My mom and my aunt also think it wasn't right. Para nila, insulto ni kang Shalani kay murag wala kaayo siya gi-seryoso, to the point na i-leave lang sa fortune telling ang fate sa ilang love life.

Sakto sad. Na-shock lang gyud ko when I heard him say that on TV. Granted, akong nadunggan kay clip na lang gikan sa TV Patrol World. Pero na-shock lang gyud ko na he's leaving such matters to fortune telling. I'm not sure if he meant it as a joke, but I really feel that he, as a president, could have given a better answer than what he had said.

I see. Still, I think he could've given a better answer than that one. Personally, I thought this was a gaffe (tactless statement), but I could be wrong.

Here's to hoping he doesn't make much more serious gaffes as president.

hahahha... I thought I will be proud if I vote him but I feel ashamed when I heard he refuse to stay in Malacañang because of the past president's issue. Why let hatred rule over principle. Mr. President please just take a lead and forget the past.
