victory indeed as flyovers can't solve traffic in the city. pero i doubt ipagamit bana ang funds for road widening and other traffic mitigating projects. to note, ang flyover kay kang cutie biya na, niya ang oppose kaayu kat si mayor mike. pagamit kaha siya sa kana nga funds para sa mayor?

at least there is a plan, and hopefully it includes one involving traffic and the construction of flyovers, whether it will be favorable or not. Putting the construction on hold is appropriate, in my opinion...
