    I have a friend there.
    2 yrs exp from IT company daw, starting was 15.
    After 2 years its already 19+ (regularization inc + 1 annual inc + Job grade promotion inc).
    Di na xia TL, Dev lang..

    Naa pod ko kaila na ang starting daw nea 20
    (nuon gikan xia sa long yrs sa academe with masters degree)

    Factors kay:
    1.) College merit.
    2.) Experience sa prev employer.
    3.) Manager sa inu dept na muhatag ug offer sa imo. (naay uban gagmay jud)

    Wala na ko NCR, 2007 pa ko niresign dha.

    Depende ra gyud ngali na sa diskarte unsaon nimo pag negotiate para sa imo sweldo. Ang osa nako kauban kay nihangyo siya, pero 500 ra ang gipuno. Wala na man gud ko nihangyo ato nga time kay nadala ko sa HR, dako man gud kaayo boobs ang HR personnel na nag-entertain nako, dretso ko sign sa contract, wa na ko ngbasa pila ako sweldo.
