Mga boss, as far as i know, CSA hiring is very tough nowadays coz they really prioritize those who are really experienced in the oil and gas industry...as a matter of fact even those very experienced applicants really get hard to get hired or even be interviewed...if you are really well experienced specially in structural/civil engineering den just try to apply...engineering means you are really equiped with regards to mathematical calculations like roads, drainage, vertical/horizontal structure etc and well verse in engineering softwares like RISA/STAAD for structural and In-roads/Hydrocad for Civil engineers...
