YAH! WHEN I TRY THE ESKRIMA I LEARNED
WE MOVE SO SLOW MEDITAING THE MOVES AND ITS LIKE TAICHI.
THAT'S WHAT MY TEACHER SAID KNOW EVERY MOVES- THE POSSIBLE ,KNOW YOUR WEAKNESS, KNOW YOUR MUSCLE, DEFENSE,BREATHING,ETC. WHILE IN THE SLOW MOVES THEN YOU DO THE FAST,YOU BLOW THAT SO VIGOROUSLY OR ENERGITICALY.LIKE BOOOOOMMMMMMMMMMMMM! BUT THIS IS ESKRIMA.

hello mga taga MK Cebu. I just saw some of the pictures of MK Cebu group through Pauwiks MK website. Looks like the team is growing very strong. I admire your organizational structure whereby batch members help together. It's one of a kind. keep practicing and ayaw mo sigi change sa inyo schedule kay mawala unya ang momentum sa training.

were fine, medyo na a nasad ta bag-o member. last 4 saturdays nag change me ug schedule, kay na a important lakaw ang uban..Pero tingalig this week, murag usa nalang cguro amo schedule.....

NO. Akong parente nangutana bahin niya kay interesadong mouli sa 'pinas unya will visit him in his class. I heard Ceniza's but haven't heard of his training. Salamat kaayo.
